Mia is the Welsh half of Simplify and lives in Cardiff with her husband, 2 boys and 2 house rabbits.

You will usually find Mia with a Diet Coke can in her hand, and no matter what the weather she will ALWAYS have sunglasses on her head!
​
Mia has 17 years experience in media sales, and some of her favourite campaigns that she has ran were “Buy One Get One Free“ on new cars, wrapping Oxford Circus tube station for a luxury skincare brand, recruiting thousands of blood donors, and turning off a whole radio network for Earth Hour.
​
She is an avid traveller and gets away whenever possible. Her favourite city is Venice and her most loved holiday destination is The Algarve and she claims to speak more Portuguese than Welsh!
​
When not on holiday then you may find her on the water on her paddleboard, binge watching almost anything on Netflix, or screaming at the side of the rugby pitch for her boys!
NIC GOULDER

Nic is the English half of Simplify and lives in Nottingham with her family.
​
You will usually find Nic talking with passion about her latest hobby. This changes frequently and has previously included wild swimming, golf, paddle-boarding, or the latest one which is cold water plunging!
​
Nic has 19 years experience in media sales, her favourite campaign was tackling truancy in secondary schools. The campaign won a gold Media Week award and the highlight for Nic was it being presented to her by Jack Whitehall (her top celeb crush)
​
Nic loves to get away on holiday whether it be a relaxing weekend break in Norfolk (with a visit to Thornham Deli) or exploring new places. Her favourite holiday was a safari in South Africa.
​
When Nic isn’t on holiday or doing one of her "hobbies", she can be found scrolling instagram, Zara or Amazon. She also loves a gadget, especially her Oura ring.
